Configuring TPS Checks for Telesales (UK Only)
In the UK, marketeers are not allowed to call individuals or companies who have registered their phone number with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) or CTPS (Corporate TPS).
Sellr connects to the service provided by www.tpsservices.co.uk for TPS/CTPS data.
You will need to sign up to an account on their website and make a note of your email address and password for that service.
Log into the Sellr system with your Admin login and in the control panel at the top of the page click 'Marketing'>'Customer Relationship Manager'
Click on 'Setup TPS Screening'
On the page which appears, enter your TPS email address and password, then click on the 'Save' button.
