Promotions and Offers - Discounts

Set up percentage discounts which will apply when the subtotal of the customer's order reaches a certain amount. There are four threshold levels you can configure. Rows with zero in both fields will be ignored

To set up a discount, follow these steps:

• From the Admin Panel, look to the left and select Marketing > Promotions and Offers > Discounts:

• The next screen will display the Discount Manager:

• You have 4 available tiers to which the discounts can apply. Set up the percentage discounts/amount for the discounts. Select the check box that states These discounts are active to activate the discounts and deselect it it disable discounts. The discounts will be applied when the customers sub-total reaches the threshold you choose. Once complete, press the orange Save changes button:

• The discounts are applied across the whole store to all products. You can check this by making a test purchase. In the image below, I added two items that would exceed the first threshold created earlier. The applied discount is shown at the basket phase of the checkout process:
