Troubleshooting your Domain
If you have ...
- Signed up to Cloudflare
- Set up your DNS Cname records on Cloudflare
- Changed the Nameservers on your Domain Name to point to the ones provided by Cloudflare.
- Left it for up to 24 hours (or less if you have reason to believe your previous TTL was less).
But your website is still not appearing then..
Check that your name servers are definitely pointing to Cloudflare
For a US domain name go to http://who.is and search for your domain name (do not include the www.)
For a UK domain name go to http://www.nic.uk and search for your domain name (do not include the www.)
You will see the details of the name including the Nameservers.
Make sure that the Nameservers are showing the Cloudflare ones that you changed them to.
If they are not, then you should contact your domain name provider for assistance in changing the Nameservers to point to Cloudflare.
If the Nameservers are ok then...
Check that Sellr is set up with your Domain Name
On the Sellr control panel navigate to 'Website'>'Website Domain Name'
Make sure that in the Complete Website URL field you have entered your domain name including the subdomain. e.g. www.sellrdemo.com
If you have not then enter this now and click on the Save button.
If your Nameservers are correct then your store should now appear when you browse to your domain name (including or excluding the www).
Not Fixed It?
