Dashboard

The dashboard shows detailed information about sales made through your store. At a glance, you can view data for various lengths of time that includes many different datasets including sales over time, referrals, traffic sources and website conversions

To access the Dashboard:

From the Admin Panel, look to the left and select View and then Dashboard:

Date Range

• At the top of the page, the Dashboard will show an overview of the store based on different time periods. You can view data for Today, Yesterday, the last 30 days, the last 3 months or the last 6 months. To view any of those specific periods of time, simply click the Date Range:

Visitors

• The Visitors section displays the amount of visitors to your online store wihtin the selected Date Range:

Traffic Source

• Shows the various sources that your total visitors have accessed the site through.

   

  Direct = Directly typing your stores URL into the address bar of an internet browser

  Referrals =  Referral traffic describes the people who come to your website from other sites, without searching for you on Google. When someone visits a link from a social network or website and they end up on another site, tracking systems from Google recognize the visitor as a referral.

  Search Engines = Using a search engine to search for a term and then selecting your site from the other options

Top Referrals

• External websites or domains that refer or lead customers to your online store:

Total Sales

• Displays to total value of the sales made though your online store within the selected time period:

Website Conversions

• The amount of visitors to your site that have been converted from visitors to active participants. You can see in this image 22% of my visitors added items to their cart but only 11% of visitors reached the checkout. I have made no sales from my visitors:

Top Sellers

• The items on your online store that have been purchased the most:

Activity Feed

• Shows the name of the customer, action they conducted, date and time of activity on your online store:

Paid Sales

• Shows the paid sales made compared to the previous months. The amount of sales and value of the sales:

Total Sales for the last 6 Months

• Displays your total sales for the last 6 months:

Predicted Sales

• The system can predict the amount of sales expected based on previous performance:

Prospect > Customer Conversion Rates

• Displays the rate at which visitors to your site (Prospects) are converted to paying customers:

Average Customer Spend

• Displays the average amount of money spent by all your customers within the selected date range:

Top Ten Searches This Month / Last Month

• Shows the most searched items on your store within the current month and the previous month:

Top Ten Sources This Month / Last Month

• Shows the highest and most used method to find your site. Direct, referral or search engines:
