Invoice - Other Available Options
When you use the Invoice Manager, there are a number of other options available to you. They are found at the top left of the page and are blue. Navigate to the Invoice Manager to view them (Admin Panel > Action > Invoice)
You should see the Invoice Manager on the next page
Click here to select a pre-existing contact
- Select this option if you would like to generate an invoice for a customer that already exists in your CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
- You can manually choose the Contact later when prompted
+ Custom item
- Use this option if you would like to invoice an item that is not currently included in your Item Manager or an item that is heavily customised or uniquely commisioned
View Cart
- Select this option to view the current contents of the cart
Reset Cart
- Select this option to remove all the current contents of the cart and start from the beginning
