Adding a payment method (or multiple different types of payment method) is the next step in building your store. This will allow you to accept payment for items sold on the store. You will have to decide what works best for you but there are a variety of options available to allow you flexibility and control over how you receive payments

To add a payment method, follow these steps:

Look to the left of the admin panel and find the Configure option. Expand Configure and then select Payment Methods:

The next screen will show the Manage Payment Methods manager. We will add the PayPal Commerce platform and then configure it. Select the drop down menu under Add New Payment Option and then select PayPal Commerce Platform and then select the orange Add New Method button:

This will add the PayPal Commerce Platform as a Payment method. Make sure that the column Web has a green tick in it. If it does not, your customers will not be able to use this Payment Method when purchasing from the online store:

The next step is to Configure this payment method correctly. Select the Cog icon under the Configure section:

The next screen will show you lots of options to configure this payment method:

Scroll down the page and inspect each of the options. Adjust the settings to reflect your needs for your store. Many of the settings are good enough for the majority of merchants so take a look and decide what works best for your business:
