Updating Your Information on Your Ecommerce Online Store
At some point, you may need to change the information that is linked to your store. This could be for any number of reasons like maybe you change your email address or update your phone number when you get a new phone
To update or change your information, please follow these steps:

From the Admin Panel, look to the left and select Profile and then View or Edit Profile:

On the next screen you will be able to update or change your information. Please note, you cannot change the StoreID:

Scroll down this same page to see more information about the business which will appear on documents that are produced by the system (Confirmation emails for example). These are optional. Please note that changing your email address in this location will change the email address/username that you log in with. When you are happy with the changes, select the orange Save Changes button in the bottom right:
