How do I ship an order?
When you make a sale, the customer will expect to receive their order quickly. You should check all orders and mark any that have been shipped using the Sales Manager.
It is up to you to decide how to ship the order. You can either use your local postal service or a dedicated courier.
You can also set up different shipping methods enabling the customer to choose how they would like their order shipped. A lot of customers like having the choice to spend more on shipping to receive their order quicker, or they might prefer to pay less for shipping if they are not in a hurry to receive it. It is always best to give the customer a choice when it comes to shipping as this will help with your conversions.
