Email Designer in Your Ecommerce Online Store

This icon allows you to design Email Templates for use in things like marketing, special offers, reminders etc.

Once you create the template, you will then be able to use it to send out multiple emails to your customer
To create a template using the email designer, follow these steps:

From the Admin Panel, look to the centre and select the Edit Website button

On the next page, select the Email Designer tool on the left hand side. The Email Designer box will appear on the right hand side:

Select the Type of email and give it a descriptive Name so that you know what is for. Once complete, press the orange Add New button:
- The newly created email will be added to the list:
- To edit the email, click its Name:

On the next screen, you will see a general layout for the email. It includes your logo at the top and social media buttons at the bottom. Hover over the orange icons to see what each one does:
The Hand/Finger icon allows you to define the URL link to your respective social media page. Inputting your Twitter/YouTube/Facebook link here will allow your recipients to click the button and be taken to your social media page
The Gear icon allows you to change different styling options for how this button is presented in the email

Once you are happy with the look of your email, press the orange Save Changes button at the bottom left of the page
