There is a lot of information displayed here but once you understand the layout, it is very useful in identifying keyword trends on your site. This helps you to understand where you should be placing the most common words to maximise the sites visibility on search engines
-
In the below image, let's take the row highlighted in red as an example:
-
From left to right at the top, each column represents:
-
POS = Position of keyword (1 is the most frequently used)
-
Keyword = The ranked keyword ("Qui" in this example)
-
Count = How many times the word appears on the page
-
In Title = Is the keyword in the title tag for the page. In this example, the keyword "Qui" does not appear in the title (title tag)
-
H1 = Is the keyword in the H1 tag (Heading 1 tag) that is found in the HTML script that is the foundation of the website. In this example, the keyword "Qui" does not appear in the first heading (H1 tag)
-
H2 = Is the keyword in the H2 tag (Heading 2 tag) that is found in the HTML script that is the foundation of the website. In this example, the keyword "Qui" does appear in the first heading (H2 tag)
-
H3 = Is the keyword in the H3 tag (Heading 3 tag) that is found in the HTML script that is the foundation of the website. In this example, the keyword "Qui" does not appear in the first heading (H3 tag)

The general idea behind SEO is to increase your most frequent keywords and ensure that those keywords appear in as many places that are read by search engines as possible. Including these frequent keywords is how the site is chosen by search engines such as Google as the most relevant to a user's search term
-
Conducting keyword research is an important step in deciding how best to increase your SEO ranking
-
In the image below, the red and green highlighted sections show the 2 and 3 word keyword combinations that appear on the current page:
-
The idea is exactly the same as before. To increase your ranking on search engines, you need to increase the frequency and positioning of the main keywords that your customers are likely to type in to Google
-
If you sell calendars for example, the single keyword "calendar" should appear as many times as naturally possible on your page
-
-
You should also try to include 2 and 3 word combinations with "calendar" that sound natural and are likely search terms that your customers may use. These combinations should be dotted around in plain text as well as being included in the title, H1, H2 and H3 tags of the HTML script as often as possible

SEO is more art than science though but the SEO button is there to help guide your decisions
