Prospect Sequences are sent when the prospect (a person browsing your website who has not bought anything from you) signs up to a form on your web page saying that they would like to receive information from you. This is very effective as it gives you the chance to show that you are experts on the items that you are selling and are a friendly and approachable business. Don't put sales information in the emails, put free tips and information that the customer will appreciate.

To set up an autoresponder prospect sequence, follow these steps:

From the Admin Panel, select Marketing > Email Marketing > Autoresponders > Prospect Sequence:

The next screen will display the Prospect Sequence Manager. Select Configure from the top left:

Input the relevant information into the available fields and then press the orange Save Changes. The system will update. Press the orange Back to return to the previous page:

Now select Create New Sequence:

Provide a Name and Description and then press the orange Add New Sequence button:

You will be automatically returned to the Prospect Sequence Manager. Select the Pencil icon under the Edit column:

Select Add Email to Sequence:

Create a new email or select a template for this first email in the sequence If you choose a template, you can still edit it later:

You can choose Add Email to Sequence to add another email to this sequence of emails. You can edit the specific email by using the Pencil icon and view how it looks by selecting the Magnifying Glass icon:

In this image, I added another email to the sequence and then set the delay on sending it to 1 day after the previous email. This Flash Sale Email will be sent to the Prospective Customers 1 day after the first email:
