How to Increase Your Sales
Contacts - Contact Lists
There are two ways to access the Contact List Manager.
- The first is to navigate to Marketing > Contacts > Contact Lists:
- The second is to select Manage Lists from the CRM:
To create a new Contact List, follow these steps:
- Get to the List Management section using one of the options above
- The List Management screen will be displayed:
- Select Create New List from the top left of the screen
- The next screen will show the Create List section:
- There are effectively 3 different types of contact list you can create:
- Static = a list that will always contain the same contacts
- Dynamic = a list that will be recalculated every time it is used
- User = an empty list into which you can add contacts
- As an example, we will create a Dynamic List. Under List type, select Dynamic List:
- Provide a Name and Description (optional) for the new list:
- Adjust the settings on the bottom row to filter the customers that you want in the list. Fro now, we will create a list of all the customers that have purchased in the store
- Select All Contacts, Total Sales Value, >= (Greater than or equal to) and 0 as the value
- This should include all customers in my CRM that have made purchases that are greater than or equal to 0:
- Press Check Counts in the bottom right to check the amount of contacts that will be added to this list. The system will check and display the amount at the top of the screen in red text:
- Now press Save List to save this newly created list. You will be returned to the List Management screen. The new list is ready to be used in Marketing, Scheduled emails and various other areas around the system:
