TPS Screening
The system uses the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) to allow you to screen numbers against the UK TPS and CTPS lists. Screening against these lists is a legal requirement in the UK if you are conducting telephone marketing. Please note that you need an account with the TPS to properly use this function. To create an account with the TPS please follow this link: www.tpsservices.co.uk
To set up the TPS screening, follow these steps:
- From the Admin Panel, select Marketing > Customer Relationship Manager:
- Once in the CRM, select Setup TPS Screening from the options available at the top of the screen:
- Input your TPS account username and password in the relevant fields and then press the orange Save Changes button:
- Your TPS account has now been linked to your online ecommerce store
